BILLING INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE:

LEX conference pricing includes nightly hotel room rate for three nights, all group meals, sessions, cultural activities, and arrival ground transportation included in the official trip agenda.

Attendees are responsible for payment and booking of their own flights to accommodate their personal schedules. Arrival on Sunday, September 25 by 3 p.m. and departure on Wednesday, September 28 after 11 a.m.

All additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the individual participant, including but not limited to roundtrip flights, transportation back to the airport on Wednesday., September 28, incidental charges, damages, restaurant or bar charges, pre and post conference travel from your home- - to and from the airport, and any other personal expenses.
